Before your last move I have in Tarnow (RU8 RU5 RU4) and RU(3) in Przemsyl. This is not probably what you have, but when you attacked Tarnow you couldn't advance with RU(3) because reduced units can not advance.
Then I don't understand your last move: one army stopped in Gorlice and the other 2 goes to Uzhgorod?
Please check your map and, if possible, always specify what army move and what army attack, so we can check after in the journal....

It seems logical to me, but you probably understood it literally, it means all not-flipped units can advance. If you want I will not advance 3-dr (reduced) Army from Przemyśl. Other my activations Tarnow (to move 2 full armies to Użhorod) & Przemyśl to attack forts will be the same. It means Przemyśl is taken by Russians & destroyed.
I attacked Tarnow with 8 points, it means 2 full and 1 reduced RA not 3 full armies.

Meldunek zwiadu konnego Armii Belgijskiej z garnizonu Liege.
Panie Generale!
Zaobserwowano ruch potężnych wojsk nieprzyjaciela w rejonie twierdzy Liege. Nieprzyjaciel szacowany jest na co najmniej 10 dywizji, posiada też ciężką artylerię. Niestety wydaje się nam, że nie posiadamy wystarczających sił by się obronić! Ale nie skapitulujemy! Poznają Niemcy twardość belgijskich żołnierzy i fortów!

Komendant Twierdzy Liege do Wodza Naczelnego Armii Belgijskiej Alberta następcy tronu Belgów.
Forty nasze zarówno zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne zburzone artylerią o mocy dotychczas nie widzianej. Niemcy weszli do miasta i tylko cytadela się trzyma. Grożą że bombardować będą i okolice cytadeli. Nie chcę oporu, wobec siły, której nic przeciwstawic nie mogę przedłużać, a przez to i żołnierzy na rzeź wystawiać bezpotrzebną. Musze więc kapitulować. Racz WKM przekazać tą wiadomość aliantom naszym.

4 sierpnia 1914 Bruksela, wieczór
To Imperial Headquarter in London
W dniu dzisiejszym i wczorajszym wojska JKM stoczyły całkiem niezłą bitwę w rejonie Brukseli. Natarcia niemieckie, których, jak sądzimy było 2 razy więcej niż nas raz po raz spadały na nasze skrzydła, by odpłynąć pod wieczor na zachód. Rezerwy sprawiły się dobrze. Aczkolwiek dużo dobrych chłopców poległo, szczególnie z West Albion Yeomanry i Cornwall Light Infantry, które to regimenty przez kilka godzin opierały się dywizji niemieckiej, co spowodowało tak duże straty, że musieliśmy je wycofać dla uzupełnień. Nasze pozycje są jednak pewne, a nieprzyjaciel, choć walczył całkiem dobrze, nie sprostał stylowi i duchowi sportowemu żołnierza brytyjskiego ponosząc duże straty.

Mon Marechal!
W dniu dzisiejszym spadło na nas gwałtowne natarcie bardzo dobrze wyposażonej i z impetem idącej do przodu jednej armii niemieckiej. Niemcy choć liczniejsi od nas pogubili się nieco udało się mi odciąć i pobić jedno ze skrzydeł Niemieckich w lasach pod Namur. Rezerwy i Artyleria nasza sprawiły się wybornie i z honorem. Ich duch bojowy i wyszkolenie jest piękne. Siedemdziesiątki piątki zmasakrowały na podejściach do Sedanu jedną z dywizji nieprzyjacielskich.
Jak donoszą nasi kawalerzyści Niemcy chełpią się zdobyciem Liege. Tu jednak jako jedyny łup wioza swych rannych, bo zabitych nie zdołali zabrać ze sobą w odwrocie. Wojska nasze strat nie ponosły poważnych. Istnieje jednak zagrożenie, ze nieprzyjaciel powróci w większej liczbie, dlatego proszę o znaczne posiłki.
P.S Podobno też i Anglicy odparli Niemców pod Brukselą.

Rozkazuję Trzeciej i Ósmej Armii przejść Zbrucz i rozpocząć wyzwalanie bratniego narodu małorosyjskiego spod ucisku germańskiego.
Ponieważ stwierdzono znaczną lukę w ugrupowaniu nieprzyjaciela na północ od Tarnopola, dowódca 3-ciej Armii dokona oskrzydlenia właśnie z tego kierunku. Spodziewamy się, że nasze zwycięskie wojska staną juz niedługo na przełęczach karpackich.
